Therapy Payment Options: Insurance & Self-Pay

Insurance

In the state of Georgia, I am currently accepting Aetna, CareSource, Cigna, Quest Behavioral Health, and United Healthcare insurances, and in the state of Florida I’m in-network with Aetna, Quest Behavioral Health, and United Healthcare. Please call your insurance company to learn about your mental health benefits for Telehealth. Many people have copays, coinsurance, and/or deductibles which will determine the cost of your therapy. Currently, I’m not in-network with any Medicare, Medicaid, or EAP plans.

Out-of-Network

Some insurance plans have “out-of-network” benefits. This means that even if I’m not contracted with your insurance company, you may still qualify for reimbursement. If you are out-of-network and choose to see me, you will pay my full self-pay fee and then you will be given a “superbill” which you can submit to your insurance company. You may not be able to get the full fee reimbursed.

Self-Pay

For those that don’t have insurance, don’t wish to use insurance, or want to see me even though I don’t currently take your insurance, you have the option of my reasonable self-pay rates.

My current self-pay fees are $125 for an initial session, and $120 for 45 minute follow up sessions. These rates are subject to change, with notice.

All payments or fees are due at the time of your scheduled session.

I understand that investing in your mental health is an important decision, which is why I strive to make the payment process as straightforward as possible. My counseling services are competitively priced to ensure accessibility, and I accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and multiple insurance plans. If you are using insurance, I’m happy to assist with understanding your benefits and filing claims to help make therapy more affordable. For those paying out of pocket, I offer a clear and simple fee structure with no hidden costs, so you always know what to expect. Prioritizing your well-being has never been easier—reach out today to learn more about payment options or to schedule your first session.
